The time has now come, as effective from April 18, 2007, all new Upperdeck products will be sold by the brick and mortar stores only, and to be able to do so, all B/M stores must sign an attached agreement through the Distributor(s) of their choice. This agreement will be between the store and Upperdeck. B/M stores can sign agreement through multiple Distributors of their choice that they wish to work with. Since we have nothing major releasing for week of 18th, the first major product under this program will be SP Authentic Hockey and to ensure timely arrival of this product to your store, we strongly urge you all, to please submit this agreement at your earliest convenience.
Your continuous patronage for Upperdeck products over the years has made us able to serve you better and better, and we wish to continue to serve you to the best of our abilities in future by remaining in the guidelines provided by the Upperdeck in order to maintain and promote the respect and value for their products.
This arrangement will eliminate the sale of Upperdeck products through various channels (other than stores) and the stores would be prime beneficiaries of the new arrangement.
At the same time, as Distributor for Upperdeck, we would also like to work with you as a TEAM(Together Everybody Achieves More) and will be introducing a program called “CLIP” (Customer Loyalty Incentive Program), that will offer all our customers 1% rebate (some restrictions apply) on all new Upperdeck Sports Hobby products during the year 2007, allowing stores to use the rebate amount for the promotions they wish to run on Upperdeck products within their stores or by advertising in Beckett, CSC, local and regional newspaper/radio or through any other media etc.
